Shipping Policy
Every Toxic NYC order is made to order and shipped with tracking. Here is everything you need to know about where we ship, how much it costs and how long it takes.
Free shipping over $150
Shipping is free on every order over $150, in every country we ship to.
Where we ship
Toxic NYC ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and Israel. All orders, including international orders, are sent with tracked shipping.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $150: free shipping.
- United States, orders under $150: from $6, with faster options for $15 and $30.
- International orders under $150: a base fee plus a small per-item rate, for example $5 + $4.99 per item to the UK and Australia.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Because every item is printed to order, orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on a U.S. holiday start processing the next business day. After processing, delivery in the US takes:
- Express Line: 4–8 days
- Special Line Pro: 8–12 days
- Special Line: 4–7 or 10–17 days, depending on the warehouse your items ship from

Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Changing or cancelling an order
Orders can’t be cancelled or changed once they’re confirmed, because each item goes into production right away. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email support@toxicnyc.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows it was delivered, check around your address and with the carrier first. Items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted are covered by our returns and refund policy.
