Shipping & Orders
Where does Toxic NYC ship?
Toxic NYC ships to the United States, Israel, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland. All international orders are sent with tracked shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150, in every country we ship to. For smaller US orders, shipping starts at $6, with faster options for $15 and $30. International shipping is a base fee plus a small per-item rate, for example $5 + $4.99 per item to the UK and Australia. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. In the US, delivery then takes between 4 and 17 days depending on the shipping option and the warehouse your items ship from: Express Line takes 4–8 days, Special Line Pro 8–12 days, and Special Line 4–7 or 10–17 days. You’ll see the available options and their delivery times at checkout. Orders placed on a U.S. holiday start processing the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, including international orders, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be cancelled or changed once they’re confirmed, because each item goes into production right away. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email support@toxicnyc.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows it was delivered, check around your address and with the carrier first. Items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted are covered by our return policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is Toxic NYC's return policy?
Because every item is printed to order, Toxic NYC accepts returns only for faulty products: items that are misprinted, damaged, defective or not as described. You can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. We can’t accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size, so please check the size guide before ordering.
How do I return a faulty item?
Email support@toxicnyc.com within 15 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll review it and send you return instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it to your account.
Products & Sizing
How do Toxic NYC clothes fit?
Most Toxic NYC tees and hoodies are cut oversized, with the relaxed, roomy fit typical of streetwear. Each product page has a size guide to help you choose between a true oversized look and a closer fit.
How do I find my size?
Click the Size Guide button on any product page and compare the measurements with a piece of clothing you already own. If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a cleaner one.
Are Toxic NYC products made to order?
Yes. Toxic NYC items are printed to order and released as limited edition designs, which helps avoid overproduction and waste.
Do sold-out designs come back?
Usually not. Toxic NYC designs are released as limited edition drops, and most of them don’t return once they sell out. If you like a piece, it’s best not to wait.
How should I care for my Toxic NYC clothing?
Follow the care instructions on each product page. They’re written for that specific fabric and print, and following them keeps your pieces looking new for longer.

What payment methods does Toxic NYC accept?
Toxic NYC accepts credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Is Toxic NYC an eco-friendly brand?
Yes. Toxic NYC produces on demand and in limited editions, which reduces overproduction and waste compared to fast fashion.
