Returns & Refund Policy

Every Toxic NYC item is printed to order for you. Because of that, we accept returns only for faulty products. Here is how it works.

What we accept

You can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order if an item is:

• misprinted
• damaged
• defective
• not as described

What we can’t accept

We can’t accept returns for a change of mind or for the wrong size. Before you order, please check the size chart on the product page. It lists every measurement in inches and centimeters, so you can compare it with a piece of clothing you already own.

How to return a faulty item

1. Email support@toxicnyc.com within 15 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue.
3. We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it to your account.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. See our shipping policy for delivery times and tracking.
